Physical location edit
Our Wikimedia Canada members meeting will be held online and entirely electronic from the comfort of your home or office. We will meet on line on a Google Hangout and Teleconference. To participate, log in with your Google account and download the app for your operating system.

- Special resolution for continuance (full text and link to bylaws)
- Approval of new bylaws as part of continuance under the new Corporations Act of Canada.
- Approval of the continuance.
- Moving the corporate registered office from Vancouver to Ontario.
