Annual meeting 2015/resolution re election

Proposed member resolutions, Board resolutions, and nominations by Jeffery Nichols for Annual meeting 2015:

1. Resolutions
   1. Pursuant to section 27 of the General Bylaw, I propose that the members set the number of Board members to 8.
   2. Pursuant to section 28 of the General Bylaw, I propose that the current directors call for 4 elections for two-year terms as directors and 4 elections for one-year terms as directors.
   3. Pursuant to section 27 of the General Bylaw, I propose the members empower the directors to determine the number of directors in the future.
2. Election of members to two-year terms
   1. I nominate the following assistant or interim directors to be full directors for two-year terms.
      • Patrick Paul
      • Ernest Boucher
      • Nathalie Casemajor
   2. The floor is open to other nominations for two-year terms as directors
3. Election of members to one-year terms
   1. I nominate the following directors to be re-elected to one-year terms (unless any were elected to two-year terms):
      • Alan Walker
      • Benoit Rochon
      • Prosenjit Lahiry
      • myself
   2. The floor is open to other nominations for one-year terms as directors if any seats remain
