Expense approvals

• The Executive Committee unanimously moved to approve and pay the bill for January from Jean-Philippe Béland for a total of $6,668.55.
• The Executive Committee unanimously moved to approve and pay the bill for February from Jean-Philippe Béland for a total of $9,473.74.

Old Business

• Contract with Atypic. The contract is almost ready to be signed. A meeting will be organized with Atypic soon to define the deliverables more in details.
• WikiConference North America 2020. There has been several meetings about the conference. A Core Organizing Committee will be created. Stacy Allison-Cassin found a space for the conference at the University of Toronto. Wikimedia Canada will make a request to Heritage Canada for translation. The general theme of the conference will be the same as the main themes of the Wikimedia Strategy 2030: knowledge equity and security.
• Wiki Summit 2020 and Wikimedia Strategy 2030. The in-person Wiki Summit was cancelled because of COVID-19, but there will be virtual meetings. Amber Berson volunteered to gather the comments from Wikimedia Canada about the recommandations for the Wikimedia Strategy 2030.

New Business

• OTRS. The OTRS system was installed by Pierre Choffet. Jean-Philippe Béland is currently managing it and it is working well. The Board members who used to received the emails from the redirection info(at)wikimedia.ca will no longer receive them since those are now managed by the OTRS. Interested Board members are invited to contact Jean-Philippe Béland if they want an account on the OTRS.
