edit- APG 2020. Nothing was received from the "call for projects". A grant request is coming soon for a speaker series at the University of Alberta.
- Rapid Grant Health and Science Editing Initiatve of Hamilton WikiClub. Nil.
Major events
edit- Wikipedia Pages Wanting Photos. The campaign is finishing today. The tool to track the hashtags was broken for a while and is now catching up.
- Wiki Loves Earth. The winners will be submitted tomorrow.
- Wiki Loves Monuments. For the first time this year, we can choose a month for the national contest. The Programs Committee proposed from 15 September to 15 October.
- National Contribution Month in Canada. The Programs Committee decided to not organize any Contribution Month in Canada this year.
Other projects and general business
edit- Weather Observations Project. The project is progessing well. There will be a meeting soon to organize the rest of the project.
- APG 2021. The drafts for the Annual Plan 2021 and the Annual Budget 2021 were presented to the Committee. There will be a 2021 planning meeting in mid-September.
Roundtable
edit- WikiClubs. Jean-Michel Lapointe proposed to have an online gathering of the WikiClubs. Sarah Severson proposed to also invite the communities, especially the universities, who do wiki activities without having WikiClubs.
