editMotivation: I wish to renew my mandate as a member of the Board of Directors. In 2020-2021, I have taken on the following tasks: 1) Management and coordination of the project with Environment and Climate Change Canada, 2) Management of the contractuals (Jean-Philippe Béland, Pierre Choffet, Vincent Chapdelaine), follow-up of their respectives mandates and participation in the meetings, 3) Partnership for the supervision of two interns during Summer 2021, "Data Storytelling" with IVADO and Acfas. We will have the opportunity to introduce them to you and show you the results of the ECCC project. It has been a very challenging year and it will continue to be a challenging year for me until the end of the summer, but I am proud to contribute to the growth of Wikimedia Canada. I feel that we are entering a crucial phase for the chapter and I am ready to give a lot of energy (as usual!). As a Wikimedian, I also participate as an advisor for a reseach on the reliability of sources in Wikipedia (WikiCred fundings).

editActive on Wikipedia since 2012, I have been involved in the administration of Wikimedia Canada since 2017. I have held the positions of administrator, vice-president and president. Over the past four years, I have invested time and energy in building bridges between institutions and Wikimedia Canada while taking care of existing partnerships and, above all, ensuring the proper administration of WMCA. Although a complicated but temporary family situation has meant that I have been less involved in recent months, I have continued to be involved in the administration of the chapter as well as in providing activities and training. I therefore wish to remain involved in the administration of the chapter in order to continue to contribute to the excellent work carried out by the board members over the past few years while carrying and defending the values of diversity, inclusion and equity.

editActive on Wikipedia since 2014, I have been involved in the administration of Wikimedia Canada since 2019. I am also president of the Programs commitee since 2018. I currently manage a book project about Wikimedia projects in Canada, to be published in French and English in 2022. I am committed to the development of our organization and want to continue to be involved over the next few years, especially since the end of the pandemic will make it easier to develop projects and mobilize volunteers. The best is yet to come.

editI’m a digital project librarian at the University of Alberta Library actively working in the areas of open access publishing and digitization and Wikimedian since 2014 (Viola-Ness). I contribute in English but je suis assez bilingue dans le travail collaborative. I'm interest renewing my Wikimedia Canada Board seat to continue to help promote and support greater Wikimedia activity in Western Canada. I’m interested in working to help community groups contribute to Wikipedia by connecting them to library resources and supporting more integration of Wikipedia into the classroom. My passion for years has been advocating for open access to scholarship and facilitating the creation of open content.
